Role Summary

The Operational Change Coordinator will assist in embedding new operational processes and IT systems at the Brussels site, as part of a large-scale digital transformation program. The role works closely with the project team and reports to the Senior Operational Change Manager. This position requires a practical, hands-on approach with strong collaboration across site teams.

Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Analyze and document how upcoming changes affect daily operations.
  • Help integrate updated processes and systems into routine workflows.
  • Assist in developing or updating standard procedures, guides, and instructions.
  • Simplify technical and operational information for end users.
  • Provide on-the-ground support after new processes or systems go live.

Coordination & Monitoring

  • Track progress and measure adoption metrics.
  • Prepare summaries and updates for team meetings or management reviews.
  • Participate in workshops and alignment sessions.
  • Identify obstacles, potential risks, and inconsistencies, and escalate when needed.

Training & User Assistance

  • Adapt training materials to site needs and languages.
  • Support employees during training and initial system usage.
  • Ensure learning materials are practical and help achieve smooth adoption.

Communication & Stakeholder Interaction

  • Create and share information materials with site teams.
  • Serve as a contact point for change-related questions or support.
  • Build strong working relationships across IT, production, quality, engineering, and maintenance.
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements to processes and communication.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2-5 years in operational support, internal communications, or change coordination.
  • Familiarity with industrial or operational environments.
  • Strong understanding of workflows and business operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with management and shop-floor teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and presentation software.

Languages

  • French and English - required.
  • Dutch - a plus.

Profile

  • Junior to mid-level professional.
  • Collaborative, hands-on, and site-oriented.
  • Comfortable working directly in operational areas.
