Operational Resilience Manager

Description

Our client is looking to strengthen its first line of defence capabilities to ensure risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported effectively. To support this, the firm is seeking to procure an experienced Operational Risk Manager to embed risk management practices directly within business operations.

The firm is looking to secure a strategic long-term hire in addition to the current incumbent, who is due to leave for maternity leave at the end of October. Given the timeframes for securing a Full time replacement, this would leave the business without 1st line Risk support for likely 3 to 4 months. Therefore, the business requests support with the placement of a suitable candidate for the interim period before the strategic hire is able to begin.
