Operational Insights Manager

Grade C - Depot Operations Continuous Improvement Team. Location: Agile / Remote with regular depot and network visits.

The Depot Operations Continuous Improvement Team provides high-quality operational analysis, benchmarking and evidence-based insight to help Evri understand what drives performance across our depot network.

By combining data analysis, process observation and on-site investigation, the team identifies root causes, quantifies opportunities and supports leaders to prioritise meaningful operational improvements. Our insights drive depot level action through the CI team and network wide development through the Ops Dev Team.

What You'll Do

• Lead deep in depth operational reviews to identify performance, cost, and efficiency opportunities.
• Analyze operational, financial, and service data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement potential.
• Benchmark depot performance to highlight variation and best practice.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for operational leaders.
• Validate findings through depot visits, process observation, and colleague engagement.
• Quantify opportunities and support business case development.
• Work closely with depot leadership, CI and Ops Dev teams to turn insight into action.
• Present findings clearly to operational and senior leadership.

• Experience in operational analysis, continuous improvement or optimisation.
• Comfortable working in operational environments such as depots.
