JOB TITLE: Operational Excellence Manager

SALARY: £65,385 - £72,650

LOCATION: Edinburgh or Bristol

Hours: Full Time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Edinburgh or Bristol office site

The Continuous Improvement and Automation team is at the core of the Group Chief Operating Office, driving transformative change and enhancement across Lloyds Banking Group.

In this role, you will spearhead initiatives that streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

What you'll need

  • Significant experience in end-to-end delivering business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading transformational/capability building activity.
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • A strong understanding of the operating model of a financial services company including systems, data, processes, and governance
