This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *improving and streamlining payment processes*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an Operational Excellence and Process Improvement lead to improve and streamline payment processes. You will take ownership of process design, optimisation, and automation, ensuring compliance and scalability for future growth. This role works closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end payment processes.

• Analyse data and feedback to find inefficiencies and propose solutions.

• Lead initiatives to optimise and automate workflows.

• Define business requirements and support technical solution design.

• Manage and execute testing (UAT, BRT) to ensure quality.

• Create training materials and support teams during process changes.

• Partner with Product, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Communicate process updates clearly across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in operational excellence and process improvement.

• Skilled in analysing metrics, identifying gaps, and driving change.

• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
