As an Operations Specialist in the warehouse, you play a key role in handling and preparing seed orders. You'll work with both manual and machine processes to ensure high-quality packaging and timely delivery.

Your main tasks:

• Packaging and repackaging seeds (manual & machine)
• Setting up, adjusting, and cleaning equipment
• Performing simple quality checks
• Picking, preparing, and processing customer orders
• Reporting issues and helping improve processes
• Supporting other teams when needed
• Keeping the workplace safe, clean, and organized

Working hours:

• Day shift from 07:00 to 16:00

• MBO working and thinking level
• Good command of Dutch; English is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar operational/warehouse role is preferred
