Operation Specialist, (Group Collection)

BFF Banking Group is the largest specialized finance operator in Italy and one of the leaders in Europe in managing and offloading non-performing commercial credits owed to Public Administrations, Securities Services, and payment services. Our Group has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since 2017 and operates internationally in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, France, and Croatia.

For our Spanish Branch, we're seeking for a operations specialist (compras) who will report to our Operations Manager based in Madrid

Sitting in the Operations team this is a hands-on all round operations role. Main tasks, are not limited to but will include:

• Managing contacts with customers and debtors
• He/she will be mainly in charge of filtering, analyzing, validating and uploading in the system the potfolio quoted and purchased in BFF Spain.
• He/She will be in charge of managing the relationship with several revoling clients,knowing their characteristic and managing the incidents of the portfolios in the process of assignment.
• On the other hand, He/She will have to perform continuous analysis of the credits to be acquired.
• the candidate will also have direct relationship with assignors, and will be responsible to manage all revolvings and master agreements.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be proficient in excel and have a good level of English (B2) to be able to produce reports smothly, Power BI would be an asset, Spanish Level (Native or Bilingual)
• Previous experience in an account receivable, administration or ordering department is desiderable particulary with Public administration customers
