We offer you the opportunity to join our operating room as a Technical Assistant specialized in order to actively contribute to the smooth running of interventions, particularly in the role of circulating assistant and in the management of equipment. What will you do? Participate in welcoming, comforting, and ensuring the safety of patients within the operating rooms, adhere to hygiene and asepsis rules during pre, peri, and postoperative surgical or interventional medical procedures as a circulating assistant, manage surgical and radiological equipment during surgical interventions, participate in restocking, organizing single-use material, and cleaning, maintain all elements necessary for traceability and documentation, and complete the records of interventions and sampling.Who will you work with? You will join a multidisciplinary team of about 60 professionals including 13 specialized technical assistants in the operating room. In this cutting-edge technical environment, each professional actively contributes to the smooth execution of interventions. Your expertise: Hold a diploma as a specialized technical assistant in the operating room, have confirmed experience in the operating theatre, rigorously adhere to asepsis, hygiene, and safety rules in the operating room, collaborate efficiently with the rest of the operating room team (surgeons, anesthetists, instrumenters, operating assistants), communicate clearly, structured and appropriately to the context, show composure and reliability in critical situations, assume your responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality, quickly integrate into a team thanks to a strong adaptability.
