Onsite Studio Office Assistant - 12-Month Maternity Cover

Kwalee Leamington Spa is seeking an Office Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio. The role is onsite five days a week, covering onboarding, reception duties, postage, events, travel, maintenance and general admin support to Finance, HR and other teams.

You will help prepare meeting rooms, coordinate internal events, manage office pantry and supplies, and maintain a welcoming work environment while adapting to changing schedules and
