Onsite Inbound Customer Service Specialist - Gateshead

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Gateshead is seeking experienced Full-time Inbound Telephone Customer Service Specialists for a government campaign. The role is office-based at Tyne River House, NE11 9SZ, with 37.5 hours per week and no work from home.

Training is 10 days, 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts run 8:00-18:15, Monday to Friday; no weekends or bank holidays. You will handle inquiries related to employment status, benefits, and universal credit, providing empathetic service.
