Onsite HR Coordinator - Part-Time: Recruitment & Onboarding

Manpower UK is seeking a Part Time Onsite Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Blackpool (FY4). This temporary, ongoing role pays £13.33 per hour, 20-25 hours weekly, with a fixed pattern from 07:00 to 19:00 and a quarterly performance bonus.

You will be the primary onsite contact at a key client site, handling recruitment and day-to-day HR operations from onboarding through staff welfare, with training provided and remote support from your Client Account Manager.
