Onsite Employee Relations Advisor (Fixed-Term)

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Skelmersdale is seeking an ER Specialist on a fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for ER issues for your client groups, delivering disciplinary and grievance support and investigations, partnering with HRBPs and site leaders.

You will build capability of managers through coaching, develop policies, and collaborate with Occupational Health and Legal Counsel to mitigate risk.
