Onshore HSE Advisor

UTM Consultants are looking for a HSE Advisor, to assist our client with the construction of their facility, in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and provide professional expert knowledge and guidance to managers, supervisors, employees and contractors on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Support identification and elimination of potential hazards and ensure control measures are in place.
• Audit/compliance check (ISO 9001/14001/45001/55001).
• Instructions, procedures, contingency plans.
• Planning, facilitation / participation of Safety meetings, Toolbox Talks, briefings, Safety Walks, inspections.

Requirements

• Relevant academic or technical background.
• Completed NEBOSH (minimum level 3), or similar recognized HSE qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/windfarm construction.
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors in relation to HSE.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation.

Location: Onsite in Norwich, UK.
