Key Responsibilities

• Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday packages.
• Deliver excellent service by responding to client inquiries promptly.
• Research destinations and recommend options to fit client needs and budgets.
• Maintain accuracy when managing multiple client requests.
• Keep up to date with travel promotions, trends, and supplier offerings.

Qualifications

• Customer service, travel, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Must be 18+ with a computer and reliable internet access.
