  • Differentiate learning for diverse educational needs, including SEND, SEMH, and ASD.
  • Provide frequent, timely, and purposeful feedback to ensure student outcomes.
  • Collaborate on innovative curriculum design and resource creation.
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Proven experience teaching Maths at a Secondary school level.
  • A deep commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and a "student-first" mindset.
  • Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for digital teaching and learning.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage student behaviour positively in an online setting.
  • A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
  • Employed Salary: £29,458 - £44,115 per annum (pro-rata for Permanent & Fixed-Term roles).
  • Contractor Rate: Earn £24.20 per 45-minute lesson (Self-Employed roles).
  • Work from Home: Teach entirely remotely using your laptop and headset.
  • Ready-Made Resources: Access pre-created schemes of learning and high-quality curriculum materials.
  • Flexibility: Work when it suits you, mainly between 08:30 and 17:00 (contractors can commit to 5-25 lessons per week).
  • Professional Development: Follow comprehensive training and engage in continuous, evidence-informed reflective practice.
  • Focus on Teaching: Real teaching in a purpose-built online classroom, with administrative burdens removed.
