Responsibilities

• day-to-day running of the Online operation in store, ensuring team engagement and efficient delivery
• manage the online shrink agenda with a structured process and data driven decisions
• validate picker and driver resources for the store through effective rota planning, ensuring picking accuracy and consistency
• plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes
• engage and coach the team to improve routines and processes, fostering a culture of selling, accuracy and customer service
• drive best value offering across the online operation, respond to customer feedback and create action plans from audits
• lead talent development initiatives, building resilience and encouraging ownership, focus and passion for the business

Qualifications

• experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment
• operational knowledge of Online retail environment and improvement of availability, picking rate, waste reduction and shrink management
• experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience
• strong organisational skills and excellent customer service
• flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
