Location: East Croydon Station, UK. Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Role Overview

Own and optimise product data & promotional execution on the website for your designated area. Ensure all products benefit from best in class enrichment and are ultimately launched in a timely manner. Accurate and diligent promotional execution and event management. Strong communication with suppliers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Top class execution for new product launches, including suite of imagery and product information.
• Ensure products exist within the correct hierarchy and are easily findable through site navigation.
• Ongoing review and maintenance of products, ensuring up to date product descriptions, content and imagery ultimately drive conversion.
• Own and execute on site promotional set up for each event throughout the year.
• Ensure planned promotional creative is set up with correct asset(s) and link(s).
• Collaborate seamlessly within the eCommerce function, with design, UX and digital marketing colleagues.
• Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with, but not limited to, Customer Services, Commercial, Supply Chain and relevant Supplier teams.

Core Skills

• Superbly organised with a history of prioritising workload.
• Diligent with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication.
• Desire to challenge the norm.
• Comfortable with Microsoft, in particular Excel.
• System friendly - there will be a few to learn!
• Photoshop knowledge helpful, not crucial.
