One-to-One Care Assistant for Independent Living (Spinal Injury)

Active Care Group in York is seeking dedicated female Support Workers to provide one-to-one, person-centred care for a client with complex needs in her own home.

You will deliver daily living support, meals, and assist with specialist care such as urostomy and stoma care, while building a trusting relationship with the client. The role offers 12-hour day shifts (9:00-21:00) and training, with a flexible zero-hours contract.
