Onboarding Specialist

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Coventry for a Vetting Onboarding Specialist to join Angard Staffing and support the Service Delivery Team. The Angard Staffing Recruitment Team is the team at the start of a candidate's journey to working for The Royal Mail Group. This role is a fixed term contract until December 2026, with a start date of 31 August. Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (5 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Check ID and ETW documents against client requirements.
• Manage recruitment and screening processes.
• Handle vetting queries from candidates and recruitment teams.
• Provide an excellent standard of customer service.
• Call and book candidates in for their induction date.

Requirements / Essentials

• Good level of computer literacy.
• Confident communicating with candidates via telephone and email.
• Confident working against targets and performance indicators.
• Team player.

• Location: Coventry.
• Role: Vetting Onboarding Specialist.
• Contract: Fixed term until December 2026.
• Start date: 31 August.
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.
