Onboarding Specialist - Onsite

Job Overview

Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for the Angard Staffing department, supporting the Service Delivery Team. This full time role (37.5 hours per week) works 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. This is a fixed term contract until December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue offer letters and screening links to begin pre employment checks.
• Check right to work documentation.
• Guide candidates through onboarding processes from screening to offer acceptance.
• Update multiple internal systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.
• Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
