Onboarding & Compliance Specialist

Schools' Choice is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator in Coventry. The role covers compliant Right to Work checks, audit of employee files and DBS processing, with onboarding responsibilities for new and existing staff. Training starts office-based then shifts to hybrid work, two days onsite weekly.

You will manage records, support audits, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring timely, accurate onboarding and compliance across council and partner locations.
