Roles & Responsibilities

• Looking after client's hotel portfolio and ensuring the onboarding process is followed on a project/hotel basis.
• Follow internal procedures for content (review and administrative).
• Be in touch with several internal departments to ensure procedures are followed and projects advance.

Requirements

• Great level of English - a must.
• Must effectively communicate with clients (tourism background or customer service experience is a plus).
• Must have access to a stable internet connection.

Salary: 23-24k range
