ONBOARDING - CAPABILITY LEAD

3-4 DAYS ON-SITE LONDON

£650-750 INSIDE IR 35

We have currently parnetnered with a leading Financial Services client looking for a Capability Lead, who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding journey for corporate clients, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and retention.

• Target State Design
• Automation & Digital Uplift
• CLM Policy Enablement
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Change & Readiness

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong programme and/or product ownership background
• Deep understanding of Corporate KYC/AML/CDD and regulatory onboarding obligations.
• Experience delivering digitised client journeys (ideally with front-end components).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across product, tech, ops and risk.
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking
