The firm is currently looking for committed Assessment Interns to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh law graduates seeking real-world experience across a broad range of legal domains.

About the Internship

This full-time, on-site internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate legal work and litigation. Interns will collaborate with seasoned Advocates, Chartered Accountants, and Company Secretaries on assignments involving M&A, contract drafting, GST litigation, and more. It's a valuable chance to build legal expertise within a multidisciplinary environment.

Eligibility Criteria
  • LL.B. graduates preferred

  • Final-year LL.B. students may also apply

  • Strong interest in both corporate law and litigation

  • Solid communication and research skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with corporate compliance and secretarial tasks

  • Drafting and reviewing legal contracts

  • Supporting civil and criminal litigation cases

  • Working on intellectual property-related matters

  • Assisting with matters like debt recovery, injunctions, and fraud

  • Involvement in GST litigation and dispute resolution

  • Helping prepare financial statements and manage basic bookkeeping
