On-Site Facilities Caretaker Flexible Shifts

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Clonmel is recruiting a Caretaker for their PPP CNU contract. This full-time, permanent position requires strong customer service skills, health and safety awareness, and IT proficiency. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Flexibility in working hours is essential, as shifts can vary from Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm. Experience in Facilities Management or Engineering environments is preferred.
