On-Site Administrator

Pertemps Loughborough Commercial seeks an On-Site Administrator for a full-time, temporary assignment in Crick, paying £13.50 per hour. This role involves 40 hours weekly, spread across five days within a seven-day period, with specific days agreed upon discussion. Primary duties cover precise data entry, record upkeep, compliance follow-ups, driver confirmations, and daily operational support. You will also coordinate new starter inductions and liaise with drivers. The position suits an organised individual with strong computer skills and sharp attention to detail. Prior administrative background is advantageous. Key Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry and maintaining records
• Following up on compliance tasks and outstanding actions
• Driver confirmations and supporting daily operational requirements

• General administration and supporting the smooth running of the operation
• Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date

About You

• Organised and highly reliable
• Detail-oriented with good administration skills
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
• A good communicator who is comfortable speaking with drivers and colleagues
• Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Flexible and happy working in a busy operational environment
• Previous experience in administration, logistics, transport or compliance would be advantageous but is not essential.
