Omnichannel Digital Operations & Loyalty Specialist

Maxi Zoo Ireland is hiring a Digital Operations Executive to join the Ecommerce team at our Ballincollig, Co. Cork HQ.

You will support the Friends loyalty programme and app, manage CRM activity, vouchers and customer journeys, and help expand omnichannel initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Experience, you will assist with online trading, promotions, content updates and KPI reporting while collaborating with marketing, category and store teams.
