Your Impact

As an Omics Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of biotech leadership - placing top commercial talent into cutting-edge multi-omics companies driving the future of science. You will own the full recruitment cycle: a mix of strategic headhunting, business development, and managing global partnerships with clients and candidates across the global biotech landscape.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across global markets - from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation - placing exceptional professionals at all levels, from entry to executive.
• Partner with pioneering biotech companies to build high-performing commercial teams across sales, business development, marketing, product management, field applications, and field service.
• Support candidates with empathy and insight, offering honest career guidance and helping them take meaningful steps into impactful roles across the -omics space.
• Represent SRC-Search at key conferences and networking events across Europe and the US, strengthening relationships with the people shaping the future of life sciences.
• Take ownership of your market: track emerging trends, map key players, and build long-term partnerships with hiring leaders.
• Build your reputation as a true partner - someone clients and candidates turn to not just for expertise, but for a thoughtful, human approach to recruitment.

You Bring

• A natural drive to connect people with purpose.
• The -omics world sparks something in you - curiosity, purpose, ambition. You may have worked in the field, studied it, or followed its progress closely.
• You ideally have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Life Sciences.
• Never give up, never surrender attitude.
• A self-starter mindset and an entrepreneurial edge - you take ownership, think commercially, and execute fast.
• Ability to multitask & prioritise across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• You speak fluent English. German or French is a plus.
• 90% happy & 10% grumpy, but always with a sense of humour.
