Okta Integration Specialist

Important note: candidates must be willing to overlap 3+ hours per day with US EST time zone!

We are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company that is investing in modernizing and automating its identity and access management systems. As part of this transformation, the organization is looking for a hands-on Okta Integration & Workflow Automation Lead to drive the implementation of Okta Workflows and oversee the integration of over 30 enterprise applications. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who can lead technical initiatives, collaborate across global teams, and shape scalable IAM solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Okta Integration & Workflow Automation Lead to spearhead the implementation and optimization of Okta Workflows within a complex enterprise environment. This role will own the integration of more than 30 enterprise applications (e.g., Figma, Lucid) with Okta and lead the automation of identity workflows to streamline access and security operations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Okta, including strong hands-on expertise in Okta Workflows and Application Integration.
• Experience integrating popular enterprise tools such as Figma, Lucid, and other SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively across global teams.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus, particularly in environments where identity and access management integrates across platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Okta Workflows to automate identity and access management processes.
• Oversee integration of 30+ SaaS applications into the Okta ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, and business application teams to define access and automation requirements.
• Establish best practices and documentation for Okta automation processes and policies.
• Train and support internal teams on Okta capabilities and changes.
