Offshore Equipment Training Specialist

Motive Offshore Group is seeking an Equipment Trainer to build skills in the safe and correct use of Motive lay equipment. You will provide practical training to ensure operators use equipment safely, efficiently and within operating limits.

This role reports to the Learning & Development Manager and supports onshore and offshore personnel across regions, delivering engaging training and shaping how we learn. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are essential as we grow.
