Offshore Disputes Associate - International Litigation

Thomas & Dessain is seeking a UK/Commonwealth-qualified lawyer to work on complex, high-value disputes for international clients. You will advise on trust and company disputes, commercial litigation, cross-border fraud, insolvency, asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration.

Working closely with experienced partners, you'll take responsibility for your own matters, provide client advice, conduct legal research, draft documentation and prepare cases for court.
