For our London office, we are seeking a second Office Manager. This is a full time position with regular attendance at the office. This role calls for a high level of independence, initiative, strong communication skills, customer and service orientation as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities Office Administration / Office Management
  • First point of contact for the London office
  • General secretarial duties: reception, guest services, appointment coordination, housekeeping, office supplies etc.
  • Processing of purchase invoices, preparation of sales invoices and liaising with the Accountant
  • Contract administration and general filing
  • Assistance with travel management and hotel corporate agreements
  • Coordination of staff and client events as well as conferences
  • Support with IT processes, Marketing, ISO certifications
Human Resources
  • Organising marketing and recruiting events
  • Applicant management
  • Support with administrative procedures and necessary formalities for new and existing staff
  • Maintenance and updating of policies and regulations
  • Health & Safety
Your Expertise
  • Broad professional work experience
  • Excellent English skills
  • German language skills are strongly desirable
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to work independently
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • An aptitude for IT aspects
