Job Description

Rapport is recruiting an Office Coordinator, who will be based at our London head office. This is an opportunity to join the award-winning Rapport team. If you are warm, energetic, highly organised, adaptable and have a real passion for people and guest services, you could be the one we are looking for!

Role split
  • 40% Office Management
  • 35% Administration support for Rapport
  • 15% Administration support and Diary Management Rapport Managing Director
  • 10% Administration support for Restaurant Associates Regional Managing Directors

The role is a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday with occasional working from home, subject to business levels.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible providing high quality administrative support and diary management to the Rapport Managing Director. Plan, coordinate and manage the Rapport and RA Head office, ensuring a clean, tidy, productive and efficient working environment at all times and provide administrative support to the Rapport business.

You will support with external client communications, internal Rapport communications on behalf of the Rapport MD or members of the Rapport Strategy Team and develop strong relationships with the wider Compass team.
