Oxford PharmaGenesis is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our friendly and rapidly growing London office.
As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will include reception duties, coordinating office maintenance, onboarding new colleagues, and organizing travel. There are also opportunities to support the London office in various other ways. If you are proactive, confident, and excel at providing a warm welcome, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be based in our London office, working as part of our fast-paced Facilities Team.
We are looking for a talented Office Coordinator who has:
- Extensive experience in office coordination and managing reception duties
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
