Looking for a role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office & Workplace Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our Reading Head Office.

This isn't your typical admin role. You'll play a key part in creating a welcoming, well organised workplace, supporting colleagues across the business, helping to keep our office running smoothly, and ensuring our teams and visitors have everything they need to thrive.

What you'll be doing
  • Keep the office fully stocked and maintain a clean, organised workplace.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor hospitality, catering and weekly staff lunches.
  • Manage post, couriers, printing and general office administration requests.
  • Oversee parking permits, ID cards, directories and ad hoc projects.
  • Support Health & Safety compliance, office checks and first aid supplies.
  • Assist with fleet administration, record keeping and vehicle related enquiries.
Requirements

What we're looking for

You don't need previous office experience - we're more interested in your attitude and potential. We're looking for someone who:

  • Loves being organised and keeping things on track.
  • Enjoys helping others and delivering great service.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a positive, can do attitude.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Can manage a variety of tasks and priorities.
  • Takes pride in creating a great workplace experience for colleagues and visitors.

Requirements

  • No previous experience necessary - full training will be provided.
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) desirable.
  • Basic IT and administrative skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in office administration and facilities management. You'll gain experience across office operations, health & safety, facilities and fleet administration while becoming an integral part of a friendly and supportive team.
