Hays Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Armagh. We are currently seeking an Experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Hours of work is Monday - Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-2. Salary is £29k and offer private health insurance. The company is also considering offering hybrid working from home 1 day a week too. Your new role
you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Your duties will include:
- Processing customer invoices accurately and on time
- Managing incoming calls, emails, letters, and voicemails
- Inputting and maintaining large volumes of data on a bespoke IT system
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with client requirements and ensuring their successful implementation
- Keeping detailed records and performing data analysis
