What you'll do- Talk to our small business customers over emails, resolving their queries
- Take full responsibility for all issues you encounter, delivering end-to-end customer service
- Gain insight into the work behind our renowned "Outrageously Good Customer Service"
- Work within the Business Operations team across Billing, Complaints/Customer Happiness, Smart Metering and Vulnerability
- Learn about managing operations teams from our Business leadership team
- Utilise Kraken to navigate and manage the accounts of our 100,000-strong business customer base
- Collaborate with other departments such as Data, Marketing, and Pricing
- Attend talks with key leaders across the business
- Passion - A genuine enthusiasm for our mission and working style, with a desire to serve diverse customer needs
- Resilience - Ability to stay committed and deliver great service even when challenges arise
- Accountability - Willingness to take ownership of queries and contribute to solving issues
- Team Player - Ability to collaborate across small and cross-functional teams
