OCM Specialist - Organizational Change Management

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an OCM Specialist to join our multinational client in Hungary. In this assignment you will be allocated 50% to a big project and 50% to smaller projects and other OCM tasks.

OCM Specialist requirements:

- Good experience in Organizational Change Management

- Experience in Digital Transformation Programs

- Great communications skills and flexible mindset

OCM Specialist details:

- Start date: March 2026

- Location: Hungary (1 day per week onsite, rest remote)

- Duration: 3 month rolling contract
