Westminster City Council is seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred interventions for residents with complex needs, supporting them to live safely and independently in their homes through functional assessments, equipment provision, and major adaptations.
