Occupational Therapist Staff Grade

Enable Ireland delivers children's services through the Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNT) under the national Progressing Disabilities Services (PDS) model for children and young people with complex needs arising from a disability. The post holder will provide a range of Occupational Therapist services for young people (0 - 18 years) and their families. Services include assessment and intervention, clinical supervision and ongoing service development, delivered through a family centred approach across clinic, preschools, schools, children's homes and community settings.

Contract Type: Permanent Full time

Contract Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary Scale: €42,384-€61,945 per annum (pro rata). Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments).

Annual Leave Entitlement: 32 days pro rata per annum.

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Occupational Therapists Register (CORU).
• Provide proof of statutory registration before contract issuance.
• Valid driving licence with access to own transfer to deliver services across a large geographical area.
• Current eligibility to work in the state.
• Maintain annual registration on the Occupational Therapists Register throughout employment.
• Postgraduate experience working with children and families in a community based setting.
• Postgraduate experience working in disability services for a minimum of six months.
