Job Description

Full time (5 days/week) - Job share or Part time considered

Workspace

Hybrid - Client Sites - London & Kent / Clinic / Remote

We're looking for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor (or 2 job-sharing/part time) who can deliver a blend of case management, health surveillance, and seasonal flu vaccinations. This is a varied role with the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities
  • 2-3 days per week at a client site in East London (close to Silvertown Station, DLR), carrying out health surveillance and case management.
  • 1 day per week at a client site in Dover.
  • 1 day per fortnight at a client site near Dover.
  • 1-2 days per week working flexibly between remote case management and occasionally visiting other client sites or our Canterbury/London clinics.

If you enjoy variety, are comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive clinical team, and like the idea of being involved in health promotion as well as core OH services, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements
  • Have at least 1 year's experience in an OHA role including management referrals and health surveillance.
  • Be qualified (or working towards) your Specialist OH Qualification (part 3 on the register).
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and approachable, with a "can do" attitude.
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.
  • Be confident using IT systems (we'll support you to learn our systems).
  • Immunisation experience is a bonus, but not essential - training can be provided.
  • It's also a bonus to have a full UK driving license and have your own transport, however as long as you are willing and able to regularly travel to East London, Dover, and Canterbury, as well as other client sites as required, this is not essential.
  • All applicants will need to be DBS cleared and reference checked due to the sensitive and confidential nature of our work.
  • To apply, please contact: including your CV and a covering email telling us about yourself. While skills are important, we're more interested in the people behind them so help us get to know you!

Closing date: 31st October 2025 (may close sooner if a suitable applicant is found)
