  • We are looking for a PA who can provide companionship and support on a flexible basis during times when the young adult is not at college, ideally one weekend day a month and additional time in the college holidays.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and engaging with a good sense of fun.

A calm and relaxed demeanour is also important.

The PA will need to be confident to put boundaries in place to encourage a positive and mutually respectful relationship.

Being firm but fun will be the key to getting the best of out this young adult.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help a young person with a learning disability and autism to grow in confidence and live life to the full.

She has a great sense of humour and a bubbly personality that will shine through with the right level of nurturing.

Primarily we are looking for someone to help improve the self confidence of this young adult by providing companionship both in the home and for fun trips out.

Key interests are animals and visiting fun farms, Lego, jigsaws, bowling and going to cafes.

We are also looking for someone to support promoting independence which could include basic tasks around the home i.e. cooking, gardening as well as accessing public transport to go on short journeys.
