Red Global is looking for 2 different Observability Engineers in the EU, Freelance, Full Remote, 3 months +

We are building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform - a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem enabling teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale.

Start Date: ASAP

Freelance - 3 months +

Location: EU, Full Remote

Observability Engineer - AgentCore Telemetry

Skills:

• AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry (ADOT)
• OpenTelemetry SDK (Python)
• AWS AgentCore Observability
• AWS CloudWatch (Metrics, Logs, Structured Logs)
• AWS X-Ray (distributed tracing)
• LangChain instrumentation
• W3C Trace Context and Baggage propagation

Mandatory Experience:

• 3+ years observability engineering
• OpenTelemetry instrumentation of Python services
• AWS CloudWatch and X-Ray integration

Observability Engineer - Telemetry Extension & ADOT Pipeline

Skills:

• AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry (ADOT) collector configuration (pipelines, processors, exporters)
• OpenTelemetry SDK extension patterns (custom metrics, custom spans, configurable telemetry)
• Python SDK library design
• AWS CloudWatch Metrics and X-Ray export pipelines
• YAML-driven telemetry configuration schemas

Mandatory Experience:

• 3+ years observability or platform engineering
• ADOT or OTel collector pipeline design
• Python SDK or library development
