O&M Implementation Lead - FID to COD Excellence

RWE Gruppe is looking for a project expert in London who will manage the transition of offshore wind projects from Final Investment Decision (FID) to Commercial Operation Date (COD). You will support the implementation teams and ensure standardized reporting and process management.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical education, experience in offshore wind operations, and a strong interest in process improvement. The position requires business fluent English and may involve travel within RWE Offshore Wind.
