Role & Details

Team Leader (room based) - 2 3 year olds

Location: River View Day Nursery, Hertford, SG14 1LR

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year

Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday Friday between 07 30

Salary: £33,150 - £36,836.80 per annum (pro rata) £15.94 - £17.71 per hour

About you
  • Qualified early years professional: DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above, working in an early years environment for at least the last couple of years.
  • Skilled in creating opportunities for learning: knowledge of the EYFS enabling you to act as a Key Person, plan high quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play, and observe, assess and record children's progress.
  • Advocate for safeguarding: ensure every child feels safe, valued and happy, and promote their well being.
  • Collaborative leader: work in partnership with others, communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and empower your team to deliver outstanding care and achieve their full potential.
