Nursery Room Senior - Leatherhead

Salary: Up to £31,200 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Eligibility: The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment. Please note that this role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Your Role

As a Room Senior, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children's developmental needs
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line withEYFS standards
  • Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families
  • Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
  • Good knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare
  • A commitment to delivering excellence in early years education
