Nursery Room Leader

Salary: Up to £34,778 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Your Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
- Plan and deliver activities that meet children's developmental needs
- Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line withEYFS standards
- Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children's development
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
- Strong knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
- A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
