TeacherActive are proud to be working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in South Liverpool, who are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is looking to secure a long-term role within a supportive setting where children's learning, development and wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.


About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care, education and support to children aged 0-5.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.

  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.

  • Supporting children's individual interests, needs and development.

  • Completing observations and contributing to children's learning journeys.

  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

  • Promoting children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.

  • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding early years provisions


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:



  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.

  • Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years environment.

  • Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.

  • Be caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.

  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.

  • Be confident communicating with children, parents and other professionals.

  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Be committed to providing the highest standard of care and education.
