Buzy Bee is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated qualified Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Nurse). You will have a flexible approach, a positive attitude and really enjoy having fun. You will love caring for children, which will need to spill over into caring for parents and colleagues too.

Position details - Coventry

• Full time
• 40 hours per week
• Level 3 (MINIMUM)
• Permanent or fixed term contract
• £12.71 per hour

The successful candidate will:

• Be easy going, able to laugh at jokes (especially bad ones, and those that don't make sense) and not take things too seriously
• Make all children feel special (and the parents too!)
• Happy to sing 'loud and proud', even if you can't sing in tune (preferably not in tune)
• Be imaginative, especially when required to perform the role of a Wrestler, Disney Princess or Shopkeeper
• Be good at hugging and ready to be a very important person to a group of children
• Laugh at going home with random stains on your clothing

• Level 3 (MINIMUM)
• 1 year previous leadership experience & 2 years childcare experience minimum
• £28,500 per annum
