Nursery Practitioner

Yorkshire and Humber/ contract / £12.00 - 13.69 per hour

TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with several nurseries in Barnsley, helping recruit for temporary and permanent roles, as well as providing day-to-day cover for any sickness or annual leave. The nurseries cater for children aged 5 and under, ensuring the children are safe and secure throughout their time at the nursery, and they are given every opportunity available to learn and develop new skills.

TeacherActive are currently recruiting for Supply Early Years Practitioners to provide day-to-day cover for the Nurseries across Barnsley. The ideal Applicants will hold Level 3 / T Level Qualification in Childcare & Education or above and will have previous experience working in an Early Years Setting. The role is perfect for anyone looking for part time work to fit perfectly around their studies and gain valuable experience working with young children. The successful Early Years Practitioners will be adaptable and happy to go to different nurseries, working across the different rooms & working with children of all ages!

The successful Early Years Practitioners will:

• Be able to provide 2 professional references, one from an Educational Setting
• Be passionate about working with young children
• Be happy to apply for an Enhanced DBS or will already have one.
• Level 3 childcare (desirable)
